Flexographic Post Print
Flexographic post-print refers to the process of printing on the corrugated sheet used for cartons after manufacturing. This process allows the reproduction of four colours using water-based inks and is the most common printing process used for corrugated packaging. Flexographic post-print is suitable for most print runs and is highly cost-effective.
High Quality Flexographic (Topack)
Topack printing achieves a high print resolution by applying water-based ink to pre-corrugated board and can provide prints in up to five colours plus varnish. Our Topack facilities print and convert to cartons at the one location. This process especially suits high quality promotional runs and shelf ready packaging - high quality finish for smaller volumes than lithographic printing.
Digital Inkjet
With Digital inkjet the image is printed directly onto corrugated sheet used for cartons and can provide prints with full CMYK colour range making it possible to print millions of colours in one pass and achieve fantastic image detail. Digital inkjet printing offers advantages such as minimal set up costs for printing small quantity orders and is the printing solution we utilise for our short run custom boxes.
Lithographic Print
A high-quality print process that reproduces clear, sharp, full-coloured images on various types of packaging. Our specialised printing technology will even print directly onto paper that can be laminated onto corrugated board. Our print process allows for six colours plus varnish to maximise impact. Lithographic printing also allows for accurate, intricate die-cutting, which makes it ideal for packaging.
